Brief intro into what I offer
It’s still therapy, but outside around a campfire: real flames, fresh air, and the kind of calm that makes it easier to breathe and open up. Ecotherapy is still full, supportive therapy, just delivered in a setting that helps conversations flow more naturally.
Same safety, same support, just with mud on your boots and a bit of smoke in your hair.
Either delivered online or face to face. A safe space where you can talk openly and safely about whatever’s on your mind. When was the last time you felt genuinely heard?
Talking therapy gives you the space to find the answers you already hold within. You choose what matters, you set the direction. It’s not about “fixing” you, you’re not broken, it’s about understanding yourself more deeply so you can move toward the life you want.
Bouldering therapy blends 1:1 counselling with climbing, indoors or outdoors. Climbing can pull you into a quiet, present headspace, which can make conversation easier. Sessions are 1:1, no experience needed, as I’ve been a qualified Rock Climbing Instructor (RCI) for over 25 years.
It’s still therapy just with a bit of climbing woven in.
