Ecotherapy

Ecotherapy is essentially therapy beside a fire. There's something about a crackling fire outdoors, the warmth on your face, the smell of woodsmoke, the natural world carrying on around you, that strips everything back and helps you settle into yourself. No fluorescent lighting, no clock on the wall. Just you, the flames, and whatever needs to surface. It's like normal therapy, just with muddier boots and smoke in your hair.

Traditional Talking Therapy

Either delivered online or face to face. A safe space where you can talk openly and safely about whatever’s on your mind. When was the last time you felt genuinely heard?

Talking therapy gives you the space to find the answers you already hold within. You choose what matters, you set the direction. It’s not about “fixing” you, you’re not broken, it’s about understanding yourself more deeply so you can move toward the life you want.

Online therapy

Online sessions are offered via secure video and last up to one hour. They provide the same therapeutic focus and care as in‑person therapy, with added flexibility and accessibility for those who prefer to work remotely.

Climbing with a Counsellor

Bouldering therapy blends 1:1 counselling with climbing, indoors or outdoors. Climbing can pull you into a quiet, present headspace, which can make conversation easier. Sessions are 1:1, no experience needed, as I’ve been a qualified Rock Climbing Instructor (RCI) for over 25 years.

It’s still therapy just with a bit of climbing woven in.
